Refund / Return / Cancellation Policy

At our restaurant, we are committed to ensuring the best possible customer satisfaction, and we aim to provide solutions that meet your expectations.

 

Refund/Return Policy:

We take utmost care to deliver fresh and accurately described food items from our menu. Refunds or replacements of food items are available under the following circumstances:

  1. Missing or Incorrect Items: If you receive an order with missing items or if the wrong item is delivered, please contact us immediately at +91-9931585375. We will prioritize your order to correct the mistake. Kindly return the incorrect food item in its original packaging to our food ordering desk within the restaurant premises.

  2. Food Dislikes: We do not provide refunds for food items that a guest simply does not like.

 

Please note that in cases where 20% or more of the food has been consumed or removed, we cannot issue a discount or refund. Additionally, if the food has been discarded, repackaged, or tampered with, we will only prepare a second food order in all situations.

 

Order Cancellation:

Once an order is accepted, we are unable to cancel or refund it if you change your mind about the order.

 

Right to Deny Service:

We reserve the right to deny service to any customer in specific situations, such as when a customer abuses our return and refund policy or displays indecent behavior that is socially unacceptable in our society.

Please be aware that we take every precaution to prepare and package our pick-up items to maintain the high quality of our food. However, please consider that the temperature, sauce consistency, and overall quality of some items may vary slightly after packaging. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
