Service Coverage:

All online order customers are required to pick up their food orders from the restaurant themselves, as we do not offer food delivery services in Bodhgaya.

When you make a purchase, you agree to the following: (i) You are responsible for reading the entire product description before committing to buy it; (ii) You enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy it and complete the checkout payment process.

You are prohibited from using this website if such usage is prohibited in your country or by any applicable law or regulation.

Any such claims or disputes will be decided solely by a competent court located in Gaya, Bihar, and you consent to this. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is explicitly excluded from applying.
